PMP and PXP are recognized as bio-available foods that give our body the fuel it needs to make ATP energy, the energy needed for every cellular function. Once the body has fuel it can do what it is designed to do, including the regulation of hormones and function of organs. Dr. Luis Romero is featured in this video, talking about PXP polysaccharide peptides.

We’ve looked in so many directions, turning to outside sources to make it all better, but at what risk? Doesn’t it make more sense to direct our attention to the source of the problem to find the source of the solution? Break it down to a simple level, and find a simple solution.
The Big Bang and Cellular Energy
All life began with that big bang, and look at what an amazing universe came out of that one place. The human body could be viewed as its own universe. with that first burst of life spiraling outward as new life.
Where do we find our own “big bang”? We find it on a cellular level, within the mitochondria. If we want a temporary adjustment look outward. If we want a rippling cascade then look within at a cellular level.
Mitochondria – Our Energy Maker
Our mitochondria are tiny energy makers in each cell of our body. The role of mitochondria’s are to convert fuel into ATP, cellular energy. The logic is simple, if you want more energy on a whole body level, doesn’t it make sense to start with the cells? Without fuel our cells cannot make ATP, the energy that supports every part of our life.
It Takes Fuel to Make Energy
Is it that simple? There are challenges we face that affect the ability to process foods and get the fuel to the cells in a form that they can use. Things like an impaired immune system, Candida yeast infections, and poor digestive flora certainly play a role. Toxicity in the body contributes to the low-energy problem as well. Certain health conditions can affect our blood sugar, but down to a cellular level it gets down to one simple thing: fuel is needed to make the energy that supports the function of our cells.

This is the simplest request, and a very common one: “How do I get more energy”. Our bodies are amazing, and we are able to endure conditions that are less than optimal and still function. We move forward with less than what it takes to flourish, and we make our justifications along the way, saying things like, “I’m going to eat better tomorrow”, or “It’s just a busy day”.
We’re able to get away with “less than”, but what effect does this have in the long run?
Today’s Easy Life and What We Pay in the Long Run
Life has changed so much over the past 100 years, at a far greater pace than ever before. We have packed processed foods lining the shelves at the grocery store, far outnumbering any of the whole foods available at the ends of the store. In school we learn about nutrition. There’s a vast array of cooking shows, health programs, and more. We have an endless stream of products to fix just about everything that “ails” us, but when is the problem ever fixed?
Somewhere, deep within, the tiny cells in our body is asking us that same question, “How do I get more energy?”
How Do I Get More Energy?
No matter what we want out of life we will always get back to the same place. What do you want?
- A healthier body
- More physical strength
- A clearer mind
- Emotional stability
- The ability to get the job done
They all point in the same direction, and the answer is so simple. Energy, on a cellular level.
